What's inside a setters ball that makes it heavier than a regular volleyball?

there isn't anything inside, theres just more leather

Hello,

        The setter is the heart of the Volleyball team any mistakes made can lead the team to a bad state. Setters use a ball called  

as "MEDICINE" Ball this ball is heavy and beginners use this ball to make their finger flexible and more move able. Then when their fingers are suitable for playing faster hit ball. This is the normal practice give to all setters.

It just depends on the volleyball. Different companies put different materials inside.
