    2 garlic cloves, pressed

    1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, minced

    1/2 cup fresh orange juice

    1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

    2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

    1/2 cup olive oil

    Preparation

    Whisk together first 5 ingredients in a small bowl; gradually whisk in oil until blended. Stir before serving.
