what's it called when the weather matches the mood of the day. Like on a really good day the weather is shining but on a bad day its raining, like how it rains at a funeral and that....

I don't know of a specific name so I think pathetic fallacy might be a good option.  This website has an e-mail option to send them questions and it should be right up their alley.  They have some great experts,
