What's it called when a minor legally becomes an adult because (s)he is responsible enough to live alone.?

My parents have a lot of problems... My father is aggressive and used to hit me. My mother is incestual and has no logic what so ever. As of today they decided that they're not buying me food anymore (only my brothers get food) if I want food I have to buy it out of my own money... which I don't have. I really need to separate from my parents out of survival.... what is it called when a minor legally becomes an adult, and what type of help does the government provide with that?

Call children and family services.They can give you some help. I don't want to support you or anyone just because of family problems.get the legal help available.

First, contact Child Protective Services.  You do not have to live like that.

They may help you find other living arrangements.
