It's called hypermiling. There are several websites that discuss the various techniques and the kinds of gas mileage people are getting out of different types of vehicles. Be forewarned though...many of the techniques they discuss are overly dangerous and/or illegal in most states. Drafting semi trucks is one that falls into the overly dangerous AND illegal categories.
