  6. it's awesome being me i have alot of great friends the best family in the world and i just came out about 5 years ago best choice i ever made was to tell everyone that i'm g*y...i have a wonderful partner we have been married for over 2 years now.  i have an awesome job great pets (1 chihuahua, 1 Siamese cat, 1- 8week old dachshund <<just bought her, and 6 mischievous rats)...i love making people laugh and telling jokes i have a wicked sense of humor, we go to amusement parks alot to ride the biggest baddest coasters, we go camping fishing hiking movies musicals concerts etc etc etc...i would definitely recommend it...

i guess the lousy thing about it is theres not enough time in the day to do everything i would like to do...i want to experience everything life has to offer and i guess another lousy thing is that people see all us g**s as we are portrayed on t.v. little sissy guys worrying about having s*x but thats not the case actually i dont have many g*y friends they scare me LOL  all my friends are straight and we like it like that.

  9. Rofl...I like this question...I'm surprised you don't have 50 answers already in the self-absorbed world we live in...

I'm guessing all the social philosophers are having to give this one some thought- I did.:p

What's it like - ever see the recent kid's movie "Enchanted?"

Well, the chick who fell out of fairy tale land into the middle of NYC, lol, the one who runs around singing with birds and mice while she does chores so joyously, and is completely confused and heartbroken because she's been enlightened that there is no happily ever after, but stubbornly holds on to the belief that there is-

That's the closest to me I've ever seen, lol.  It was a frightening revelation.:p

I'm a reformed idealist -floated my way through life way longer than most do, truly believing that there is some good in everybody.  Eventually came to the realization that there is true evil in the world-lol, got very upset that I had to give up that belief, but realized that the world hadn't really changed- just my view of it.

Still choose to view the world thru rose-colored glasses because I love believing in possibilities and potential, but balance it now with more realistic expectations.  I hope for the best, accept what is, and enjoy every moment because there are no guarantees in life.  Little things excite me, lol, trees, birds, flowers, blue skies, storms, rainshowers...and people...so different and so varied, and so many ways the same.

I feel things deeply and little things can touch my heart and stay in my memory for a lifetime.  That can get very painful  and sad, and sometimes overwhelming, but also brings passion, love, and the greatest of joy, so I choose to keep my heart open and experience it all.

    Would I recommend it?

Only in small doses.  Lol,  people might enjoy it briefly, or find it interesting (all of the personality profiles that i've ever taken say my "type" is approximately 2-3% of the population) but would likely get annoyed and tired by my constant "exuberance."

I had a friend that used to come to my office to visit, and she once told me that when she was having a bad day, she'd always stop by because she knew she'd see a smile, and she wished she was more like me...

I thanked her, but explained that she loved me in doses only, and told her to imagine being locked in a room with me for a couple of days, and wouldn't she be ready to toss me out the window?

Lol, she thought for a minute, and said, "You know, you're right.  I never thought of it that way."

That's my take on how most people would feel.:D

  10. I am always busy (who isn't!?)  I chase around 3 kids all day, I am a perfectionist at cleaning. I have no money, I have no credit but I have a great husband and great kids....I think its not so bad! Could improve, but who's couldn't!!!??!?!
