What's it like dating someone in?

I've never known anyone in the military before and now I'm dating someone who's in the army. He's stationed far away and he'll be going to Iraq in January. What's it like dating someone who's on active duty? What's it like living on base?

Of course it's never good to have a loved one in the military. You worry about them all the time and miss their company.

However, if you love them enough... and they love you... then you should be perfectly fine. =)

I had a boyfriend in the army, and when he went to iraq he went there for only 8 months. I was lucky.

but I will say this....it does get lonely.

Living on the base it can be lonely, however the good thing about this is that you get to meet other army wives and families. but nothing compares to having your man home.

but you can look forward to when he comes back....for one he'll be in your arms, and you'll hear his voice....but also the s*x is fantastic. when my boyfriend came back from iraq he could not stop having s*x with me. maybe it's because of all of the men in the army, no girls there or something. but he just got back like a month ago, and almost every day were having incredible s*x.

I suggest grab some paper and a pen, write him every day, and get a vibrator and rub it on that C**t.

it'll be all good.
