like most other big cities! noisy, lots of traffic, stressful but has some lovely old buildings. today its been raining and is chilly need to wear a sweater but tomorrow could be hot you never know in London/England

Rainy. Temperature depends on when you go.  Its can get chilly over there, but usually its about 70 around this time.
