Living in Spain is great, the quality of life is excellent. There are infinite things to do for fun and hobbies: all mountain sports (hiking, trekking, skiing, etc), any sport (there is also a sport called paddle-tennis which is only played in Spain and Argentina and it is great fun). There are great rivers for fishing, beaches and sea all around, intense cultural life (top museums, concerts, exhibitions, cinemas), interesting academic environment (top management schools, language courses and just about anything you want to learn). And of course there is the Spanish way of life: take it easy sitting on a sunny terrace and sipping a small beer (called caña), very lively nightclubing, and a long etc...

It depends on the region you are in of course and whether you live in a rural area or city... but life in Spain is wonderful and laid back, with a good quality of life and family orientated. There are lots of things to do for hobbies - horse riding, football - a whole list of sports - dancing, drinking, eating out, cinema, theatre... there are galleries, museums and many fine buildings to look around, as well as countryside and parks. It's a lovely country.

You can swim or bike, go for a walk , go to the pub and disco, or attend Spanish classes....
