What's it like to be a dancer at Disneyland?

Im about to audition for the parades at disneyland in a couple days, and I was wondering what it's like. If you are currently a performer for Disney or have been, I'd love some feedback. I've heard that there are some really stuck up performers working there, and I realize that's going to happen anywhere I work. How do you like it personally? I'm going to audition no matter what the atmosphere is like because I love to dance and perform, but I was just curious. Also any advice for the audition?

  1. My sister has been a dancer at Disneyworld for two years.  She also does different characters in between the parades.  She doesn't get paid much, and other people call in all the time so she ends up working when she shouldn't.  I don't know about stuck up people -- she has never said anything like that, and I know she has a lot of friends.  She gets a lot of benefits from working with Disney, and we get to go to any Disney park for free!
