  1. I grew up in a burough in nyc and let me tell ya growing up in the urban area was great, you learn a lot but you don't really notice you learned anything till it's gone. My parents forced me to the burbs. I miss nyc so much some times i cry. I DO come back a lot but never back to my old neighborhood just the city. It's good to still come back but I'm so home sick

We are a fam of five, have it good went to catholic skewls and stuff :).So when we moved i went to public. NYC was safe but not safe enough to go to the public not all were good. Everything changes every day. You never see the same people it's like you see their lives go by as you walk down the street. If you go to a busy avenue in manhattan you see people ranging from business to store owners to the students. Everyone has somewhere to go. And really it's great to see tourists come so much it's like "wow my home is THAT great"

As soon as I'm done w/ HS im moving back, can't be away any longer i'll go mad.

Being in the city is great. You get a look see of everyhting you have your good areas and your bad areas. Really living in a city is to have your guard up at all times you don't know what's going to happen, hence 911.

  2. Noisy. Smelly. Dirty. And if there are gangs in your area, scary.
