What's it like to work at Panera Bread?

I have a chance to get a job at Panera Break, can you guys tell me what it's like?

My nephew worked there, he said there were a couple of little rush times, maybe 2 hour periods each shift; but the best part was that on closing shift, the managers would give away all the left over perishables!

I am currently working for panera, and just passed my three year anniversary.  It is a lot of work!  So if you are not willing to work hard don't do it.  I love the food and my coworkers so it is not that bad.  You will either start on the cash register or the sandwich/salad line.

it looks chaotic and loud but unlike most food jobs you won't go home smelling like a deep fryer..  if the money and hours work for you, i say go for it!

I dont work there, but when I go, they are snotty alot of time.
