What's life like after you leave school?

School. Meant to be the best days of your life - i'm sure they are. I have a great time with my friends and i don't want me being young to ever end. But school can be so hard. Boys are all so shallow. Girls are soo bitchy.

Will this ever change when i leave school or are people still like this?

I don't know where this statement came from, but I don't feel like it applies to very many people.  Life is a different world after high school.

Boys are still mostly shallow.  But girls lose some of that bitchiness.

ive been out of school for about 7 yrs now, and although i agree, school can be some of the best yrs of your life, ive learned so far... the best is yet to come! Everyone is different, i have some friends who after 7 yrs are in EXACTLY the same place as they were in high school.

one girl, still hasnt had a job, still lives with her parents, still yells at her parents when she doesnt get her own way (and shes 23 mind you) and still pretends to be too sick to work even though she goes out and gets drunk every weekend. the only thing thats changed for her is that she has become more bitter, more angry with the world and more of a "victum".

but i have another friend who has graduated from uni, which she loved better than school, is seeing a really nice guy, and is working in the job of her dreams at the moment. She is still at home saving up for her house and has big plans for her future. She loves life more than ever before.

as for myself? im happier than ive ever ever been! im getting married and my life right now doesnt even compare in the least to what school was like! so dont worry about after school, ever new chapter in your life has amazing things in it, and some not so nice things too..

people...well they are always there. boys who are shallow usually grow to be men who are shallow, girls who are bitchy, usually grow to be women who are bitchy. As you get older whats important to you changes and you become more mature....well thats whats supposed to happen.

just remember to choose your friends wisely. it is better to have two best friends only, than 50 bad friends for the sake of popularity. and one day when you have a family, if your a good mum and wife, your not going to have time for 50 friends anyway! life gets very busy.

the saying that the years go faster, is very true, because you get to busy, but you just gotta enjoy the ride, and remember to always have hopes and plans for the future. Even when your happy with where your at, always be reaching higher, and help other people achieve that too!

Once you are out of school you don't have to deal with people like that you can choose the people you want in your life.

Well ive been out of school for about a year already and believe me it does change it becomes alot different your more independent and you get to chose who you wanna be associated with and sorry to say but alot of the people you see now you definitely wont see once your out of school its the best thing you actually get to chose a select few who you would like to continue seeing believe me everything is 100 % better
