What's my illness???

it started as a sligt rash on my right hand, then it developed into little bumps all over my hand...and now its like itchy spots on my tummy and arms?

Poison oak, ivy, or sumac.  Get zinc oxide ointment and  spread it over the rash to smother it.  If it don't clear up go to the doctor and he will give you something.

Could be poison oak or ivy. Could be dry skin, either way, when you get any kind of rash you really should see a doctor.
