Question:

What's my right of way for turning in a middle lane?

I got a ticket for improper right turn because I was making a right turn from a middle lane. This road has three lanes. The right lane has a "right turn" marking sign on the street, which obviously, you must turn right if you are in the right lane. Since there is no marking sign for the middle and the left lane, so it is supposed that you can either go straight or make a rigth turn in the middle lane.

  1. NO!!! you cannot make a turn from the middle lane unless a sign and arrows on the pavement indicate you can. This is the reason people die in car accidents everyday, because of ignorant drivers like you! didnt you ever read a drivers' manual??? they should take your license away.

  2. As long as the road is marked or there are signs posted you can do this, otherwise it would be illegal..

  3. You are wrong. You should have moved over long before you got to the place that you wanted to turn.
