  5. A bunch of English authors out of this short story collection I just finished.

Oh and somewhere I have about a dozen fantasy and sci-fi series, I'd like to finish, if the authors ever get around to it.

then there are dozens of books that sounded good, but aren't in the local library system or currently in print.  Mind you they didn't sound good enough to hunt down or worth wasting an afternoon at a gun show to get.

  6. If you are looking for something to read I recommend 'Twilight' by Stephenie Meyer, if you haven't already read it. It is the first of a series of four books. They are becoming really really popular, being compared to Harry Potter and all that. The 'Twilight' movie comes out at the end of the year.

    Hope that helps. :)

  7. The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas

The God of Small Things by Arundhati Roy

A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle

The Third Policemen by Flann O'Brien

One Hundred Years of Solitude by Gabriel Garcia Marquez

The Turn of the s***w by Henry James

    Cinderella Man by Jeremy Schaap

The Black Angel by John Connolly

Don Quixote by Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra

    Duma Key by Stephen King

    Les Miserables by Victor Hugo

    Lolita by Vladimir Nabokov

That's just a taste of my list, which contains around 250 titles. And it's always growing. I've got a lot of reading to do. But I don't mind, I love my books.
