What's "Little Mexico"? Does it have something to do with illegals or Hispanics?

Does anyone know anything about the term "Little Mexico"? is it something to do with illegals or Hispanics? What does "Little Mexico" mean anyway? Does it have anything to do with the US? Has anyone ever heard of this term before and it's real meaning?

An enclave in the US where many Mexicans live. Cafes, grocery stores, bars, merchandise targeted for Mexicans.  And what would they call that on your planet?

if you live in the states and there is like a town or a neighborhood that they call "little mexico" it means that it is heavily populated by Mexicans or Mexican decendents. here in Arizona were i live there is also a "little kenya". its kinda like in New York were there is "little italy", only they call it "little mexico"
