What's "fashion bugs" online payment site?

Question

I know you can go to look at things from the store at www.FashionBug.com but you can't pay.

I also know there is a site for fashion bug you can pay on because I have done it before but I forgot what the site was.

if anyone can help that would be great!

Actually this site www.fashionbug.com the same one that you mentioned you can shop and pay for your items online, you just have to sign up for an account. They also have a credit card option, which is to sign up for their credit card (but I'd advise against it because their APR rates are incredibly high!!)
