there seems to be an unusual amount of storms and earthquakes across the planet. might it just be a normal cycle of the earth heating and cooling? maybe it's just blowing off some steam

  1. It is part of the earth's natural processes.    People next year will say the same things about the weather in 2009 and 2010, and 2011, you get my meaning.   Each year an average of 800 tornadoes are reported.   That is an average.

  2. climate change is undeniable... all the rain must be connected to the fact that we have less ice at the poles... I dont know if this could produce earthquakes but ...

Isnt it weird that in the middle of an energy crissis we end up with at least 150,000 dead chinese?

Or that we are having a rice shortage with a ton of extra water laying around?

  3. It seems the earth has gone and will go through some changes, before, and after our meager existence (so far) and after we are gone. Ice ages to heat waves, 500 to 5000 to 50 million years apart (give or take a few), mother nature has her way. The planet is still growing. I think it's normal.

  4. A lot of people feel the storminess is due to global warming (which isn't necessarily all our fault).  I don't know of there are an unusual number of earthquakes recently or not, but the ones we've had recently seem to be strong.
