  1. a lot of people invest in property as a way of securing there money and basically there futures. its a bit like putting money in the bank but in a rather more entrepreneurial way. when the prices of property rises, it means that these people are richer but when it falls it isnt really good news. so imagin u bought a house for 80,000 if the house prices go up say 10,000, your now richer 10,000 cuz if you want to sell the house you would sell it for 90,000. but if prices were to fall to 50,000 how would you feel?

its only good news if you were the buyer and not the owner of the house

    hope this helped:D:D:

  2. Nothing if you purchased the home as a long term investment, and not an instant ATM machine to live the high life. Too many purchased for the later and are now suffering, most because they thought they could turn a quick profit, which overburdened the market and when wages and the people could not keep up with the payments now saturated the market. Was a correction long due, sadly the quick money speculators are not the only ones losing, but those that purchased homes they could not afford, other than at ridiculously low interest or no interest whatsoever. Living a dream instead of dealing with reality, and as normal, trying to find someone else to blame instead of their own inequities.

  3. you dnt get as much for ur house
