Theres nothing harmful about it. That 'address' simply tells IE to open using a blank page instead of an internet-based homepage.

it's not actually a spyware, it's only your default Homepage wen you set it into "Use blank"... if you don't want to see tHat again, tHen go to your internet options and set your default Homepage. goodluck.

What's harmful is that they let you think about:blank is just a blank page, but browsers allow javascript to change the content of the "blank"page.
