What's so interesting about the Altering Cave on Pokemon Emerald?

I became the champ, found Altering Cave, and it's not that exciting. What's the deal with it??

altering cave is aplace that has many wild pokemon, but for right now, you can only catch a zubat. if you have a mystery gift, then you could have changed what wild pokemon are in altering cave like changing a wild zubat pokemon to a wild stanler or some others. but you need to obtain a wonder spot obtained in a event but now it's too late. the only way to get it is by hacking.

it has johto pokemon like teddiursa in  side, but you can only get them with a mystery gift which can be obtained at nintendo events. how messed up is that, u pay for a game, only to find out that they hold suff back to get u into their stores

its really nothing

it is supposed to have Johto Pokemon in it but.... it only has Zubats.  it is something that was probably not used.  its confusing
