I would suggest Italian. You can get pasta with pesto sauce. Quite a few of them have basil as the major spice.

There are many sauces below that have a ton of basil. I'd suggest looking at a menu in an Italian restaurant and check out their pesto dishes.

Agree with Basil chicken or pork at thai restaurants.  At Italian, you can also go with the caprese which has mozzarella with tomatoes and basil.  Delicious!
