I'll have to agree with the shoes, and maybe a purse.

And maybe some Italian music...play it while you're there, and then every time you play it afterwards it will bring your memories back.

I just got back from Italy 2 weeks ago.  They have great leather bags (purses), beautiful scarves that you can wear year round, and definitely check out the murano glass in Venice!

Definately something made of leather - like shoes or a purse. It seems all the regions have exceptional leather craftsman. Jewerly is also good.
