  1. I don't think you can ask the question in the absolute like that - I think it would depend on the circumstance.

For instance - politically speaking, fear is MUCH stronger. Love of fellow man, or love of country, will not supercede pure unadulterated FEAR. Fear of foreigners, fear of attack, fear of the turban-wearing boogeyman is what has allowed despot rule to overtake democracy in America, and even overrule our glorious Constitution.

On the other hand, if an intruder tried to attack your child - love would be stronger than fear and you would rise to the situation to protect your flesh and blood.

It really depends on the situation. They are both powerful and primeval.

  2. I believe that the majority of the time, fear would win out. Its in any living thing that doesn't have a mental disorder to keep themselves alive. Fear is something that keeps people alive, love usually not.

On top this most people are cowards and wouldn't pick love over fear even if they could control it.

  3. I will say fear because people fall in love all the time but they are scared to be hurt so they let their FEARS over power there LOVE. Which is sad.

  4. If Insecurity of loved one is stronger then fear more stronger.

If Belive is stronger, love stonger than anyother.

  5. The way I look at it is that both of them influence your thoughts and actions, but not only does fear have this conscious form of thought, it also has a subconscious form, therefor not only does in influence how thoughts and actions, it also influences you as a whole.

    Therefor, Fear rules.

  6. Fear as a short term response.

  7. For me love, because I would do everything I am most afraid of to save the one I love. But that is just me, probably different for everyone x*x

  8. i think this question should be asked to yourself. your heart will tell you the right answer. but for me love in powerful because it gives you strength to fight against your fear.

  9. I think love can overcome fear.

I've been in situations terrified of life, and all I need is a hug from him... it makes everything disappear.

My happy place is in his arms :]

  10. LOVE

  11. love 4 sure.

dear actually i dont know u and u dont me but it is love of .............. who forced me to giv ur answer.

    so this love is stronger.

  12. Fear can be overcome.

    True love lingers forever.

    Many of us fear love.

    Few of us love fear.

Fear is dominated mostly by adrenaline.

Love is dominated by the heart.

Few of us will risk anything that might cause us to be fearful.

Many of us risk everything that might cause us to love or be loved.

  13. Love, most definitely.

If someone's loved one is threatened, I think they would go to any measure to assure their loved one's safety, even at risk to themselves.

Take, for example, a child who has unwittingly stepped in front of a bus. That child's mother, who is bonded to the child by birth and inevitably by love, will almost certainly run in front of the oncoming bus in an attempt to save her child, even though it's incredibly risky for her.

  14. Love is definitely stronger. Fear is a weakness

  15. That can go either way depending on the person. The Bible says the perfect love cast out all fear but I also know fear will cast aside all love if it is strong enough

  16. fear of being in love

  17. How does one even tell whether what they are feeling is fear or love.  These are both simply interpretations of a strong emotion that one is feeling.

That said, if you interpret what you are feeling as love and it is the strongest emotion you feel, then love is stronger - and the same if you interpret it as fear.
