  1. It is a stop error and I wouldn't know what it is without the information it gives on it.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stop_error

It may or may not be due to a virus.

Usually it is caused by either hardware failure, or a software problem. Although it could be caused by a virus.

Restarting your computer usually fixes it, if it continues though it could indicate a problem.

Microsoft Knowledge Base Article on stop errors:

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/216206

  2. The error that is happening is called "The Blue Screen of Death", and it can be serious. If it keeps occurring then that means it is a big threat. I recommend getting a registry cleaner. Even though it'll be hard to find 1. I got the blue screen of death once while opening a file that is 100% secure by a non-scam company. Steam's game cs 1.6 and dedicated server. I tried launching dedicated server and then the error occurred as mentioned. The next time i tried it. Everything went normal =). So if it didn't stop just get registry cleaner as i said! 3. Could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software. This  problem can be solved by uninstalling new softwares, updating device drivers and making minor configuration changes . From http://fixit.in/bluescreenofdeath.html . You can also run a free registry scan using utilities from http://re7.info

  4. It's a system error. Windows usually gives you this blue screen also known as the "Blue Screen of Death" whenever it encounters some errors and it will shut down and restart. Usually it could be that a new program you have installed is causing these errors. If you recently downloaded a program, remove it and see if the problem is fixed.
