Question:

What's that clicking in my leg?

I recently I lost a lot of weight, and I've noticed a clicking in my leg, and I'm not sure what it is. To be honest I don't really have much calcium but I don't see how that could be the problem. If anyone out there knows what this could be, it would be appreciated.

  1. Clicking of the bones is where you've got a bag in between thats full of air, and when you move them bones, it contracts with each other and the air is the filled, which makes a ''click'' sound. This is very harmless, but it can be painful, you can prevent it with more calcium in your diet, such as milk, cheese, and yogurts.

  2. behind your knee, it could just be your joint relocating itself ,as naturally some peoples knees click and make noises, without pain or limping.

any pain or redness, strange swellings in that region should not be ignored , i mean in the veins, as that would need checked by a Dr.

during the day, all joints make clicking noises with movements rotate your wrist and it will probably click slightly, its  the sounds of the fluid around the joint .take care

  3. You need to be more specific. If knee probably cartlidge. It can be a pain in the ***, equally it may go away with time.
