hmmm, only fountain that comes to mind is the Fountain of Youth, a myth.

With one? All most every city claims to have one. Really stinky is the " Elisenbrunnen" in Aachen.It's supposedly very healthy - but hart to drink ... poooo...!

we have one here in Bad Soden/Ts. and yes, its smells like rotten eggs.....we called the "Foul-Brunnen"...its very high in phosphorus!

There is one in Wiesbaden.  Not sure what it is called but it is Sulfur that makes it smell like that.  It has signs around it that says not to drink more than a certain amount because it will make you sick. LOL
