What's that horror movie with Fred Phelps?

There's this horror movie from a long time ago. It's about a family who's living with the grandmother. The grandmother dies, and Fred Phelps walks up and starts talking to the family outside their house, but they get freaked out, go inside, and close the screen door. Fred Phelps puts his face against the screen door and starts screaming, "You will all die in there! You will all DIE! DIE!"
