What's that one website where you put an address from somewhere in and then it shows up with real pictures?

it's almost like mapquest or something but it actually shows real pictures or a recording or something .... i saw it once on VH1 and some lady was complaining about it because it invades privacy or something. she went to the website and put her adress in and then she went to her window or something then she went back to her computer and saw her house and her standing at the window.
