What's that theory about different races?

It sounds something like 'the same face race theory'... I can't remember. It explains how people can recognize those within their race better than others.

Lol i can tell my own people from a a thousand miles away without asking or knowing there names. Most iraqis/labanese/palistin look european but idk i just know there arabs xD

There is one about how humans migrated and adapted.  Lighter skin was a necessary adaptation for humans who moved to the north with very little sun to absorb vitamin D easier.
