What's the BEST Cookware?

Question

I'm looking for good quality cookware that's not too pricey. Any suggestions?

I prefer stainless steel cookware but it must be easy to clean.

Spend a little more and get a good 18/10 grade stainless set, and you will not be sorry.  I got a set from Christmas called the Biltmore Collection.(Not sure where my mom got it)  I love cooking with it, the pots and pans are heavy and they heat more evenly.  They also have nice silicone handles to protect your hands.  I do not like teflon coated stuff except for cooking eggs.  If you try to sear anything, it off gasses into your food.  Cookware is something if you buy quality will last you a lifetime.  Hope that helps
