  1. I would say BJJ.  Many wrestlers are so focused on the top game, that they are not very good once on their back.

If you want to compliment wrestling, BJJ is best.  You will also learn take-downs to add to what you already know.

  2. if you want a martial art that will improve your wrestling your kind of stuck with either judo or sambo. the thing is they will also try to get you comfortable working for submissions off your back. that is crappy for wrestling. if you go in to just learn the throws and base that it teaches you, you will get better at some aspects of wrestling. the thing is to be a better wrestler the only thing that is going to help you is more wrestling

  3. Judo.

  4. judo will help a lot with take downs and take down defense. im not knowledgeable on wrestling especially collegiate but if you can do submissions and stuff brazilian jiujitsu would help with that

  5. One thing they do not teach you in high school is violence and intensity which are perceived as borderline cheating but are essential at the highest levels of wrestling.  Remember the Schultz brothers from the Olympics?  So I agree that Jujitsu and Judo are excellent and obvious choices but you would also benefit from a body control and striking MA such as Kenpo or a joint lock art such as Small Circle Jujitsu.
