  1. Make sure that you sharpen the liner (pencil styles work best for this)

EVERYTIME, before you use it. Try to make the line as close to the lashline, where the roots of the lashes are, because this will still give the illusion of eyeliner, without the thick-looking line.

  2. just by applying one line instead of drawing more lines over it, it makes it look over dramatic as u say, when u over apply lines to it.

  3. start off with a nice sharp eye pencil (if it is a harder pencil then dull the point on the back of your hand) and i normally start off with the top lid and if your going for a more simple look then only do the outer half of your lash line and do the same for the lower lid. be sure to get it as close to the lash line as possible and if it's too harsh then take a q-tip and smudge it a little

  4. There are several types of eyeliner, you have a classic liner, fashion liner, and a cat liner.  To make the eyeliner look less dramatic you want to use the classic.  To apply classic liner you want to get as close to the lash line as possible.  Once you have a line you will take your pencil in the opposite direction from the outer rim and lift the end a bit and take to about the middle of your pupil.  Don't apply anything to the bottom lash line.  http://naturalenhancementclinic.com/yaho...

  5. just use white eyeliner it looks natural and big

  6. Apply a thin line to the top and a little in the outer point of the bottom.  cover with eyeshadow.

If you can't do a thin line do a thicker line but smudge it up a little bit so that it blends into your lid.

  7. If you have light skin, light eyes and light hair, use a brown or dark brown eyeliner. Dark eyeliner on a light person makes them look goth. Just line the bottom eyelid with one light stroke, right under the lashes. Don't line the top..thats the part where it begins to look dramatic.

  8. On your water line..you know.. not like, on your skin.. but not on your eye either. if you understand what i mean? hope i've helped.
