I'm a skinny guy, but not anorexic. I'm 5'7 and 122lbs. I find it hard to gain weight even when i eat lots of junk food. I think i have a high metabolism.Any suggestions of eating the right foods and daily routines? I lift heavy weights at home and use to drink protein shakes. Maybe i should start again.i want to gain 5-10 pounds by New years. Do you think that is possible?
