What's the Difference between the Benelli Super black Eagle 2 and the Benelli M2 Comfortec?

As they look like the same on the exterior and on their website they both say they cut recoil, faster shots inbetween cartridge change etc?

If I remember correctly, the only difference between the SBE II and the M2 is that the SBE II can shoot 3 1/2" down to 2 3/4" shells where the M2 only shoots 3" or 2 3/4".  Everything else should be pretty much the same.
