Once again, Ricky ray is at, or near, the top of the league in passing, yet once again, the Eskies blow. Any thoughts?

  1. They're distracted by the retreating polar ice cap and the melting of the permafrost.  I doubt you could focus any better if you were in their shoes.

  2. They are going through some tough times that's for sure.

I think they may be a couple of defensive players away from being a really good team.

  3. Well if the O is so highly rated with Ray at the helm then there are two areas that can negate that: defense and turnovers.  What good is scoring 30+ a game if your d gives up 31+.  And if the team has a negative giveaway/takeaway ratio then that usually means they lose games.  Esks have been the class of the league year after year so once in a while you have to expect a bad patch.  You may not like it because you've come to expect them to be at the top every year but it's just not possible.  Hey at least they're better than the Ti-cats and they still have a shot at a playoff spot.

  4. They arent that bad of a team....they are just too injury riddled for one.......they probs wont make the playoffs this year but if they do, they have to win the next 2 games against Boronto.
