we do wushu and train everyday

we now must do that stance for at least 30 minutes a day

I've gotten about an hour several times...all back when I was a white belt. =] (few years ago)

I was weeping uncontrollably after about 5 minutes.

i think for me it was about half an hour was the longest. my instructor had us do it because we had all forgotten our mouthguards and we were either going to spar or grapple I forget which. he told us to hold for ten minutes and if our legs straightened too much we all would have to start over. it ended up about 30 minutes through.
