What's the Worst Retain Experience You Had?

Most of my experiences involve food service rather than retail.  Most recently, I stopped at a 24/7 pit stop with a good reputation and decided to try pizza from the new franchise (Famous Famiglia) that moved in there.  It was about 2 AM.   The food was overpriced, and they reheated the semi-burnt pizza in the oven.  Yeah, common sense was screaming "NOOOO!" but I was tired and hungry.  I didn't care if it was luke-warm or cold.  I just wanted some pizza.  Well, I got through the first of the 2 expensive slices.  It was horrible.  I was so afraid of getting sick that I didn't finish the second.  I wrote to the corporate office.  No reply.

What's sad is even if that pizza was freshly cooked, I still think it would have tasted like c**p.  I now avoid that pizza restaurant like the plague.  I mean, even fast food French fries manage to taste half decent at 2 AM.  Get it right people.
