I live here in Indianapolis, Indiana, and we are at $4.19/gallon.

I hear the national average is somewhere near $4.06 today.

for us it is whatever it says on the sign at the gas station. when oil prices go up on a barrel. they jump the price at the pumps even tho it takes months for that barrel to be shipped and refined and delivered to the pump. this is just PURE GREED.
