What's the address to the Steiff Bear Factory?

I heard there was Steiff Bear Factory somewhere between Ulm and Munich where you can make your own stuffed animal (like the build a bear stores in the US). I can't seem to find the address or directions to this store anywhere...any info would be helpful! Thanks!

Well I found out for sure the factory and museum are in Giengen.

You can tour the museum but there are no public tours of the manufacturing facility.

You can find the email addresses through the link shown below.  Just select the "Contact us" option on the left.  I'm sure one of those people will be happy to give you directions in English.

You can navigate to the museum site by selecting "Steiff Club from the same menu.  Just do some exploring.
