  2. For the most part, I agree with Ashik.

    Some disadvantages..

    1. The destruction of mother nature.

    2. We enjoy less of the 'countryside' beauty.

    3. Skyscrapers/pollution make it hard to see the stars at night.

I guess the happy-medium would be suburbs?

I mostly enjoy urban city life.. just not too too urban. I need my space sometimes.

  3. The main thing to be considered an advantage is technological progression. But I often question whether that's really a good thing. Human condition usually comes second to this, assumed to be directly correlated. The disadvantage is that we're becoming more and more separate from our equilibrium with Earth, and on a geological time scale, we've only existed as a civilization for a moment--and moments away from self-destruction if things continue as is. If we fail to meet a technological singularity, civilization will collapse due to population's geometrical acceleration and agriculture's arithmetical crawl, an insufficient amount of resources to sustain a growing amount of people.
