for me to come and remove sod and form and add crushed stone base and pour a 4 in. slab will run you 2000.00 dollars...could be more depending on where you live...

360 sq.ft. = 4.5 to 5 yards of concrete at around a hundred dollars a yard.  forms, steel, wire.? labor? finisher?
