  1. Petrol is about $2.20 a litre.


  2. My Nissan Qashqai does 38mpg around town and between 55/62mpg on a run. I only average about 5,000 miles a year.

I can get 60 to the gallon on the motorway if I keep my speed down. cost of fuel about £1.03 per litre at a supermarket which is roughly £4.50 a gallon A British gallon is larger than a US gallon by about 25% but research this for yourself. I'm retired now but usewd to use may car for about 150miles or so a week

  6. The average as estimated by Insurance companys is 12000 miles a year for the British motorist.

    We measure petrol (gas) by the litre, and its just over £1 a litre !!!! depending on where you live.

    I work mostly from home, so I dont commute much myself.

    I weekly commute to work is 320 miles.
