What's the average monthly electricity bill for a diner seating 80 people?

for a diner, in California, that seats around say 80-90 people, whats the average electricity bill?

Probably over $2000.00 a month.  Especially if it's located in an area where summers are hot.

Don't forget, you gas bill will be high from all the equipment...stove griddle, salamander, fryer,etc

Too many variables to estimate.

How old is the building? Is it well insulated? Where are compressors located, in the kitchen or on the roof? Are the summers hot? How many refrigeration units are you running? How old are the refrigeration units?
