What's the best 'Virtual' or Online Real Estate Brokerage

I'm a real estate salesperson in the state of CA looking to join a 'virtual' or online real estate brokerage to enable me to work out of my home and pay a smaller fee to the broker. Anyone have any experience with this or can point me to some examples of companies offering this to salespersons? Thanks in advance!
