Angel of Music from Phantom of the Opera where he sings...it's just powerful, especially up against the women's solos.

"A Little Priest" from Sweeney Todd is my personal favorite.

Well, it seems that yet again, there are a lot of good suggestions and a potentially pompous one.  I commend everyone on their suggestions.

Sometimes the bad guy can be the lead and sometimes he is the antagonist.

Macheath from The Threepenny Opera is a murderer, rapist and bigamist and is the lead.  Judd from Oklahoma who is a potential/actual murderer rapist is not the lead.  Are they both bad/evil, yes.

The Phantom is another bad guy in a leading role.  I think all the examples listed are excellent for understanding how people perceive evil.

Well, it seems that yet again the question hasn't actually been answered by any of the answerers.

He wants to know a good song that the "bad" guy or villain sings.  

Elphaba isn't really the villain in Wicked more like an antihero. In Sweeney Todd, while he is a murderer and an extremely amoral guy, there are two other characters who are a lot more villainous and evil than he is.

And in Phantom, the Phantom is a little bit of the villain but he is very kind to Christine, even tender to her.

My idea of villain is one who has no redeeming qualities, a character who you only feel loathing for.

2. Be Prepared, Scar, The Lion King

3. Anything the guys sing in Assassins

4. Maison De Lune, Msr. D'Arque, Gaston and Lefou, Beauty and the Beast
