  1. The best caribbean island is the big one: Cuba.

Book a hotel in Varadero, one of the most beautiful beaches of Cuba.  White sand, blue crystal clear warm water, good nightlife, lots of shoping and spectacular gourmet food.  Varadero is very close to La Habana City, one of the most beautiful cities in the world.  (Heritage of the world),  then you can go to Valle de Viñales, lots of plants and beautiful scenery, get a tour to the underground rivers and caves. Then in Habana visit the castles, palaces, convents, churches, squares, beautiful streets, galleries and museums of the Old town.  Hope you can go................

  2. i wouls say curacao or aruba cause aruba has really nice beaches but it can be pretty dry there. and curacao because the beaches are pretty nice and the shipping and people are great. so if you want to relax more aruba and if you want to be active and stuff like that i would say curacao is for you.

  3. All of those things you are looking for can be found in Curacao. The island is pretty small, so getting around is pretty easy with a rental car and a map, although there are of course more ways of moving around. The beaches are the secluded type beaches, with crystal clear waters, nice temperature, great weather all year round, loads of shopping possibilities, great hotels, amazing restaurants and just a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere.

  4. Probably Bahamas or Aruba, since you and your sister are younger.

If you guys were in your late 20s, I'd put you at Barbados, Curacao, Martinique

  5. Having traveled 80% oof the caribbean Islands over a two year period of time I would say Antigua is the ultimate.  Having lived there for two years I got to enjoy the friendly people; excellent weather because the Leeward Winds keep the island comfortable for 98% of the time and the wonderful beaches; all 365 beaches, one for every day of the year.  I would live there forever---great food, great people and great weather.
