What's the best Restaurant in Winnipeg?

What's the best Restaurant in Winnipeg and what would you recommend is a must try dish?

Dubrovnik's is generally considered to be the best one going.  Never been there, but I hear they have some very good soups.

The steak place on Wellington, I think it's called 429 Wellington, is also very highly rated.  You pay through the nose, but supposedly there is only one other restaurant in North America that serves the same grade of beef, and it's in Quebec.  So you might say it's better than anything in the USA.

You might also try Mirlycourtois, which is more of a bistro but with an excellent chef and not terribly costly.
