What's the best Scotch you've ever had?

a scotch egg, it was delicious

unfortunately i don't remember the names of any whiskeys i've had, other than the standard brands, as normally if i'm drinking whiskey (or anything else, come to think of it) when I'm out, i usually get annihilated and come home the next afternoon.

out of the usual lot though, glenmorangie, glenfiddich, even jameson is nice on its own. are these scotch? i don't know.
